About 5 – 8 months prior to the Wedding date is when you should contact us but – the earlier the better!

Wedding invitations should be mailed out approximately 6-8 weeks prior to the Wedding date. Please allow at least 3 months to complete your wedding package. More time may be needed for complex invitation packages.

The Wedding invitation process can include everything from the engagement announcements, invitations, save the date cards, to the programs, escort cards/seating charts, favors and wedding stationery.

You will meet with one of our Wedding design specialists for your consultation when you are ready, and we will discuss the style of your wedding as well as incorporating any design elements, colors and themes you would like to use. Please bring any ideas you have to this consultation appointment. We will also discuss budget and make every effort to accommodate your needs in this area.

If you are using calligraphy or envelope addressing to address your invitations, Soirée will package your invitations for you including applying the stamps on the response envelope, presenting you with a fully assembled ensemble, ready to be mailed at no extra cost to you.
